Betty Pugh was a long-time member of St. John's Episcopal Church who left a trust to be used for outreach purposes. The fund strives to disburse grants to locally  recognized 501(c)3 organizations; locally would be considered within Fairfield County, Ohio. Forty percent of the annual draw is designated to fund ministries/non-profits in which parishioners take an active role.
